As is the case with single dental implants, full mouth dental implants are anchored to the jawbone, preventing shifting and recession in the jawbone. Whereas dentures sit on top of the jawbone and don’t require any surgical procedures, full mouth implants have a post anchored inside of the jawbone that permanent replacements are placed on top of. They are made with high quality materials that will look just like your natural teeth that will last a lifetime and allow your mouth to return to near full biting power without any dietary restrictions.
